Eligibility For Admission:

       A Candidate shall be eligible for admission to the course leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Education,.


    • (i) Candidates who have done their UG degree in Applied Mathematics can apply for Mathematics
      (ii) Candidates who have done their UG degree in Applied Physics,Geo-Physics,Bio-Physics,and Electronics can apply for the Physical Science
      (iii) Candidates who have done their UG degree in Bio-Chemistry and Applied Chemistry can apply for Physical Science.
      (iv) Candidates who have done their UG degree in Biotechnology,Plant Biology and Plant-Biotechnology can apply for Biological Science.
      (v) Candidates who have done their UG degree in Environmental Science and Micro-Biology can apply for Biological Science.
      (vi) Candidates who have done their UG degree in Applied Geography can apply for Geography.
      (vii) Candidates who have done their UG degree in Computer Science,Information Technology and Computer Application etc.,can apply for Computer Science.
  • Candidates with the following marks in the Bachelor's Degree are eligible for admission to the course other than subjects like Economics,Commerce, for which PG qualification is mandatory.

    SC/ST             40%
      (a) Marks obtained by the candidate in PG degree(Other than Economics,Commerce)Shall not be considered for admission
      (b) To arrive at above percentage of marks,the marks obtained by the candidates in major and allied subjects including Practicals alone shall be taken into account

  • In Case of Physically or Visually Challenged candidates,a minimum pass in the degree is enough

  • Fee Details :- B.Ed Course : Rs.37500/Annum
                                M.Ed Course : Rs.38000/Annum

    • Duration of the B.Ed & M.Ed Course:

          "The Course of Study shall be
    for the duration of two academic year consisting of 200 working days per academic year exclusive of Examination and Admission (6 days per week @ 6
    hours per day).
    The 200 Working days will include Teaching Practice, Revision Examination and Study Holidays.
    The minimum attendance of student-teachers shall have to be 80 percentage for all course work and practicum. 90% for school internship only for B.Ed Course.
